Questions
Straight answers.
How is this different from Strava?
Activity trackers are organised around a recorded route: you finish a run or a ride, it gets uploaded, people give kudos. Vybe covers every kind of training as first-class posts in a community feed: strength, cardio, classes, meals and progress photos. The unit is a community, not an activity file.
How does meal prep work?
Build a week of eating from reusable templates, log each meal in one step, and pass the plan to your club or your coach over a private link you can revoke any time.
Can I share my goals?
Yes. Set targets for training, food, and streaks, then post the progress: PRs, streaks, and challenge entries all land in your feed. Your logs stay yours until you share them.
Do I have to belong to a gym to use it?
No. You can follow people, post sessions, log training and food, and join public challenges without joining any community. Gyms make the feed better, they are not a requirement.
Can I follow people from other gyms?
Yes. Following is independent of membership, so your feed can mix the people you train beside with coaches and friends anywhere. Gym communities add a second, place-specific feed on top of that.
Who can see what I post?
Whoever you choose. Stories take one of four audiences, from public to a custom list. Logged meals are private until you publish them, and plans share through revocable links. Public profiles and public posts are visible to anyone.
Can I download Vybe today?
Not from the App Store. Vybe is in closed testing on iOS through TestFlight. Send a support request to ask for an invitation.
Does it read Apple Health or my watch?
No. The current release does not connect to Apple Health, HealthKit, Health Connect, Garmin or any wearable. Steps and weight are entered by hand, which is why the app labels them as manual.
