Vybe

Support

Every request is private. Nothing you send is posted publicly or shared with other users.

If you can sign in

Open Settings, then Help. The in-app form is the fastest route because it already knows which account you are writing about, which means there is nothing to verify before someone can act on it.

Settings is also where you will find the controls people most often write in about: notification preferences, account privacy, changing your password, and permanent account deletion.

If you cannot sign in

If you cannot reach Settings, a request still needs to identify the account without exposing it. Use the email address associated with the account, and include:

  • your username, if you know it;
  • what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
  • whether the problem happens every time or only sometimes;
  • your device and iOS version, if you have them to hand.

For an account deletion you cannot perform yourself, begin the message with Account deletion request. The deletion page explains what that covers.

Never send your password, an authentication code, your full contact list, government identification, health records or payment information. No genuine Vybe support request needs any of them, and a message asking you for one is not from Vybe.

Why verification is sometimes needed

For anything that changes or reveals account data, Vybe may need to confirm that you control the account before acting. That check exists to stop someone else using support as a way around your sign-in. It is limited to what is needed to establish control, and nothing more.

If an authorised agent makes a request on your behalf, proof of authorisation may be required, and the request may still be confirmed directly with you.

Privacy requests and appeals

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to restrict or object to certain processing. Use the in-app controls where they exist, or send a support request. To appeal a decision, send a request and state that you are requesting an appeal.

The privacy policy sets out those rights in full.

Requesting test access

Vybe is in closed testing on iOS and is not on the App Store. Invitations are issued directly rather than through a public sign-up, so there is no waiting list to join. If you already have a build, use the in-app form above. A public contact address will be published here when the app leaves testing.

What to expect

Requests are read by the team rather than routed through an outsourced desk, and verified requests are handled within the time required by applicable law. A clear description of what happened genuinely changes how quickly something can be fixed.
